These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Memory Roll.

Memory Roll is a disposable camera app that allows event hosts to collect photos and videos from guests using a shared QR code or event code.

By creating or participating in an event, you agree to these Terms.

Using Memory Roll

Memory Roll is designed for personal and event based use.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others.

You are responsible for how you use your event, including how you invite guests and share access.

Events and Access

Each Memory Roll event is controlled by the event creator.

Access is granted through a QR code or event code.

Anyone with access to the code may be able to view or contribute to the event, depending on how the event is configured.

It is your responsibility to share event access only with intended guests.

Content Uploads

Guests may upload photos and videos to events.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

You have the right to share the content
The content does not violate any laws or rights of others
You grant Memory Roll permission to store, process, and display the content for the purpose of providing the service

Event creators are responsible for the content shared within their events.

Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

Memory Roll does not claim ownership of your photos or videos.

However, by using the service, you grant Memory Roll a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Memory Roll to:

Upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
Infringe on the rights of others
Distribute spam or malicious content
Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service
Access events or data you are not authorized to view

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if these rules are violated.

Event Availability and Storage

Events and uploaded content may be stored for a limited period depending on the plan selected.

For Unlimited events, media is available for download for up to 12 months.

After the retention period, content may be deleted.

It is your responsibility to download and save your memories before they expire.

Payments

Some features of Memory Roll require payment per event.

All pricing is displayed clearly before purchase.

Payments are non refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Memory Roll available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Third Party Services

Memory Roll may rely on third party services for hosting, storage, analytics, and payments.

We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memory Roll is not liable for:

Loss of data or content
Service interruptions
Indirect or incidental damages
Issues caused by third party services
User generated content shared within events

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Memory Roll if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

You may stop using Memory Roll at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be posted with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
